
Each deal will have one of three permission levels: Public: Read Only, Public: Read & Edit, and Private. The permission level of a deal can be set using the **Share** button on the Deal Summary page.

### Share

To change privacy level:

* Click on the **Share** button next to the deal name
* Click on the button next to **Deal Access** (it will be set to Public or Private)
* Select a new option from the dropdown menu

To add members:

* Click on the **Share** button next to the deal name
* Click on the **Add Members** button
* Select a role for the members that will be added
* Select new members to add under the given role
* Click **Add Select Members**
