Events are added to a deal in Project Schedule. Those events come from the Schedule page in Organization Settings.

?? Is a parent event the milestone's phase, or is it an event that must precede another event?

To create a new event:
- Click on + New Event
- Select Milestone or Phase
- Enter the event name
- Enter a description
- Enter an order
- Select a parent event
- Click Create Event

To edit an event:
- Click on an event
- Make changes to event details
- Click Update Details
To disable an event:
- Click on an event
- Click on the arrow next to the event name
- Select Disable Event
- Click Yes, disable
To delete an event:
- Click on an event
- Click on the arrow next to the event name
- Select Delete event
- Click Yes
